Terms & Conditions
1. I will contact you after receiving the enquiry form through my contact page. Reservations will only be held once the NON- REFUNDABLE $50 deposit has been paid.

2. Clients who choose to dry their own flowers must ensure that their flowers are completely dried. I have the right to cancel a order if the flowers arrive not fully dried or show any signs of mould.

3. Please understand that is normal for flowers to show some bruising when they are cast in resin. They are small translucent spots on the petals of the flowers and aren’t seen until the resin hits them. Bruising is caused from the handling of the flowers (the flowers being harvested, shipped to the florist, the creation of the bouquet, being held on your special day, and then dropped off to me). It is important to be gentle with your bouquet on your wedding day and keep in a vase of water in a cool and well-ventilated room when not in use.
4. Vintage and Bloom Botanicals is a one-woman operated business. The current turnaround time for pieces may range from 12-16 weeks. Orders with multiple pieces will take longer. Reservations during the busy season may also take longer.

5, Vintage and Bloom Botanicals only uses high quality Australian-made resin that is UV-resistant and FDA approved. I can not be held responsible for the natural effects of aging and wear that your piece may experience once leaving my studio; effects such as yellowing, scratching or denting due to lack of care. For jewelry, gold plating isn't invincible unfortunately which can become scratched or worn. It also tarnish easily if it is subjected to any material that isn't pH neutral. So how do you protect your plated jewelry?
-Wipe your gold plated jewelry after each use, using a soft cloth to remove any dirt or debris. You may also soak it for a few minutes in warm, soapy water and dry it with a soft cloth as needed.

6, No refund returns will be accepted. Please contact me right away if you have any issues with your order and I will try my best to resolve it. Due to the nature of handmade items, slight imperfections and blemishes may be present such as layer lines (where each layer of resin has been poured), tiny air bubbles, loose particles, slightly uneven edges, warp might occur with bigger shape because the silicone mould is pulled inwards when resin is curing, very slight tip of petals of big flower might pops out from surface however they are safely under the resin just not completely flat because it's better than cut it off to look unnatural but I will do all I can to minimize this happening.
